I’ve been away working on my writing and living life. I started this website for fun and I’ve let it molder in the darkness of cyberspace. I’ve been busy. My new book, A Flame Rekindled just released and has met with good reviews My last year’s book, A Wylder Homecoming, won a Reader’s Choice Award.
On the home front, my family had a mini-family reunion. It was wonderful seeing all the cousins get acquainted. From 21 months to 68 years–everyone had a blast. It was hard going back to a place where I raised my two kids and remembering Hurricane Katrina and the loss we suffered. It was good to see the growth and development that has occurred but I’m afraid it will never be the same. The place I loved will have to live in my memories.
